These terms govern your use of the CI SEO & 404 Redirects Manager app ("the app"), operated by CodeInfluencer ("us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The service
The app detects broken (404) URLs on your Shopify store, lets you create 301 redirects, and offers related SEO tooling such as analytics, scheduled reports, and an optional Google Search Console integration. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's subscription billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. Trials, prices, and plan limits are shown in the app before you confirm a charge. You can cancel anytime by downgrading or uninstalling; charges already incurred are not refunded except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the redirects and settings you create — the app applies them to your live storefront. Do not use the app to infringe others' rights or to violate Shopify's or Google's terms.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO outcomes, search rankings, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms. Data handling on uninstall is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
